WRITING THE SCREENPLAY
- Story: Picking the right genre for you, writing effective characters, structure, your game plan.
- Brainstorming:
Not every story makes an effective film. It also depends on what you
are hoping to do once the screenplay is done. Are you writing it to
direct? Do you want to sell the screenplay?
- Writing
the screenplay: Various methods and techniques in writing the
screenplay, the most efficient way to write your screenplay, the many
pitfalls of writing screenplays.
- You
can email your questions once a week and phone consultations are given
as needed and help and guide you to a completed screenplay!
We
will cover many more aspects of writing the great screenplay in detail
and tailor the program to fit your needs. You will have a completed
screenplay by the end of the program.

to pitch your film - what you don’t know CAN hurt you!: How to answer
"So what's your film about?", what to say and what NOT to say.
- Preparing a 1 minute pitch, 10 minute pitch, 20 minute.
- Pitching to top film producers in Hollywood: What they like to see and how they like to see it.
- This is a technique that must be mastered as it is 9/10 your calling card and is an extension of you and your professionalism.
